In line with the declaration of school closures and lockdown period by President, Mr. Cyril
Ramaphosa, as a means of containing and managing the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic,

the Gauteng Department of Education (GDE) has instructed all Gauteng schools to abide by certain safety measures and guidelines.
